We run Parata and DOSIS packaging robots, Spencer in-home dispensing devices, and eMAR integrations. Skills you learn here make you more valuable everywhere — but the interesting work is a reason to stay.
Small team, owner-led
This is an independent pharmacy, not a chain. One of the owners — our pharmacist-in-charge — works in the building. There is no bureaucracy between a good idea and a yes, and when we need a lead or a supervisor, we promote from within.

Fulfillment technician
Pack medications organized by resident and by pass time — the cycle-fill work that makes med pass safe at the facilities we serve. Detail people thrive here: if you’re the kind of person who notices when something is off by one, we want you.
Robot operator (Parata & DOSIS)
Run our automated packaging machines: load and calibrate canisters, run batches, quality-check the output, and troubleshoot. Somewhere between pharmacy and manufacturing tech — great for mechanically-minded people. We train from zero.
Toting & delivery logistics
Build the totes, check the manifests, and keep deliveries moving to facilities across Missouri — Springfield to Kansas City to St. Louis. If you like organizing chaos into routes and checklists, this is your corner of the pharmacy.
Data entry technician
Enter new orders and changes into our pharmacy system, work the refill queues, and communicate with facility staff. Careful, computer-comfortable people do well here; experienced techs often gravitate to this role.
Customer service
When a facility calls us, a real person answers in about seven seconds — and that person could be you. You’ll take questions and order changes from facility staff, solve the occasional five-o’clock Friday problem, and coordinate with our pharmacists. This is the role for natural helpers who’d rather talk to people than sort pills — the opposite temperament from our detail roles, and every bit as essential.

- A paid working interview — you spend part of a day actually doing the work, and we pay you for it. We spend too much of our lives at work for it not to be a good fit — this step is the honest test, for both sides.

- Location: 5497 N. 17th St., Ozark, MO — minutes from Springfield, Nixa, and Sparta.
- Certification: not required to start. Missouri does require pharmacy technician registration with the Board of Pharmacy — it’s a simple application, and we’ll walk you through it.
- Growth: we promote from within, and the technology skills here (Parata, DOSIS, Spencer, eMAR) are ones most techs never get the chance to learn.
