As the news is filled with stories about the COVID-19 omicron variant, we wanted to let you know that we are continuing to offer COVID Rapid Antigen Tests. Tests are available for $75 and performed by a pharmacy technician. We accept cash, check, credit card or Health Savings Account payments. We are unable to bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for this testing.
Tests will be performed using the BD Veritor Plus System (or substantially similar test) for reliable COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) results in 15 minutes.
Here are the legal disclaimers regarding the test…
• This test has not been FDA cleared or approved;
• This test has been authorized by FDA under an EUA for use by authorized laboratories;
• This test has been authorized only for the detection of proteins from SARS-CoV-2, not for any other viruses or pathogens; and,
• This test is only authorized for the duration of the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency use of in vitro diagnostics for detection and/or diagnosis of COVID-19 under Section 564(b)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1), unless the authorization is terminated or revoked sooner.

• There is < 1% probability that the test results in a FALSE POSITIVE
